 ccBill is the largest and most popular of the internet Adult Payment gateways.For more information see their documentation for ccBill online merchants. Here at GJC Web Design we have completed a number of ccBill Payment Gateway integrations including for Virtuemart. These are installable Virtuemart Payment extensions that operate in the normal Virtuemart way and provide notification of successful feedback etc. You need of course to apply first to ccBill for a merchant account and it is best to tell them when you apply that you require Dynamic Pricing. There is some extra setup that needs to be done by the ccBill support people - mainly to set your ccBill account to enable Dynamic Pricing but also the return url has to be configured and the ccbill Payment template configured to show the correct parameters etc. All this is documented by us.
