A Joomla Module to show SOBI2 Category Contents - SOBI2 Show Category updated

The SOBI2 Show Category Contents Module has been updated to allow you to display the items by different parameters and order.
You can now show the required number of items orderd by date, id number or hits, ascending or descending.

The price is €10.

Install the module in the normal Joomla way.

Version 1.1
Now the items can be ordered by date, id or hits, ascending or descending.
Title label can be chosen.
Small bug fix for undeclared variables.


You can make multiple copies of the module and even have more than one module on the same page with different styling for each module.

You can choose exactly which SOBI2 fields are displayed, whether their labels are shown and add html to the labels.
A complete list of possibilities is listed below.

  • Show Item Title
  • Choose Item Title

No, but just list the parent and child cats in the module......
Or I would need to hack the module to achieve this..

Is it possible to show entry's within subcategory's so I can enter the ID of the main category an get all entry's of main- and subcategory´s
