We are happy to announce a VirtueMart 2.0 e-go "Australia's #1 Cheap Courier & Freight Service" that fully integrates and shows real time quotations based on vendor and customer postcodes in the checkout process. Installs as a native VirtueMart 2.0 Joomla 2.5 Shipping Module. This is a VirtueMart 2.0 Shipping Module for the Australian shipping company e-go.com.au  Please note: For this module to function allow_url and allow_url_fopen must be enabled on your server. In the majority of cases this is standard but please check before buying. We can also code another solution if your server is not so configured. Also your units for the product need to be in centimeters and kilos!  Install the Joomla 2.5 Plugin by using the standard Joomla installer for the file vm2.0_e_go_shipping.zip. The next step is to enable the e-go.com.au shipping plugin in the Joomla 2.5 Extensions->Plug-in manager.  Then go to Virtuemart-->Shop->Shipment Methods and click 'New'. Use the settings below. After saving intially you can then configure the parameters.  The module calculates in real time the shipping price from e-go considering the following parameters -
   There is error checking via the e-go server and messages are reported back. With a minor hack (there appears to be no native validation of shipping in the Virtuemart 2.0 core) the e-go Australia shipping method is un-selectable.
