We needed the ability to show the decriptions from each SOBI2 Categories of each item. Here is the result, the SOBI2 Show Category Descriptions Module. Now you can show any SOBI2 Category Description exactly where you want and configure which fields are displayed and style the display as you want it.  This has lots of possibilities to utilise the SOBI2 descriptions to provide more information for your visitors. One we have done is for a Hotel directory where the SOBI2 Show Category Descriptions Module is used to show appropriate Country or City information. See here. The Berlin info on the lower right is the SOBI2 Show Category Descriptions Module. The price is €10. Install the module in the normal Joomla way. See an example of the SOBI2 Show Category Descriptions module. You can choose exactly which SOBI2 fields are displayed, whether their labels are shown and add html to the labels. A complete list of possibilities is listed below. 
Most of the parameters are self-explanatory only the CSS and Template need a bit further information. The CSS example given shows you what is needed, the base class of the module is sobi2show_cat_desc plus whatever module class suffix you choose to give it. You don't need to add the suffix to the class in the text box, this is handled automatically. The icon and the image have the classes sobiicon and sobiimage respectively. The css needed is similar to this: .sobi2show_cat_desc {height:220px;border-bottom:1px solid #666;}
The template is a little more complicated. You can choose to use a standard layout by choosing NOT to use the template.It's Title at the top, icon to the left, image to the right and the texts in-between. Otherwise you can use the template interface provided.
